Ordering - How it works
When you have received your customer number after registration you are ready to order testkits for your office or for a patient.
Option 1: Ordering for a patient
You would like a test kit to be directly sent to a specific patient? No problem! Once the patient has consented to the transfer of data and the payment acknowledgment, please send us the necessary data with the order form.
Option 2: Ordering for your own clinic/office
Here you can order one or multiple test kits. Only after three month we will charge 20€ for unused kits each. If the test is used later, the 20€ will be refunded. No risk for you.
Reports and Paymant
The turnover time usually is 3-4 weeks. The report is accessible digitally via a link. The invoice goes directly to the patient. Hassle-free for you!
